Email privacy statement for WNES PTA
To facilitate the communication between the WNES PTA and parents/guardians at WNES, the PTA Executive board maintains a mailing list. To subscribe use the subscriptions page. Participating in this mailing list is voluntary. We want to make it clear that these email addresses will only be used for communication and distribution of information dealing with the WNES PTA. Your email address will not be shared with any third party, it will only be used for the stated purpose and it will not be visible to others on the mailing list.. Communications from the WNES PTA using this email distribution list will come from a single address, info@wnespta.org.
Some class parents may ask for email addresses from parents/guardians in their class or grade for purposes of communication for class or grade-specific issues. The email addresses collected by class parents are not maintained by the WNES PTA and are not part of the PTA's mailing list. As such, the PTA executive board does not control how the email address you provide to class parents is maintained or used.
